Katya started out her direct-to-consumer ecommerce career at Seed Health as one of the company's first hires. At Seed, Katya helped build the foundations for member experience, ecommerce and operations teams, and tracked, prioritized and creatively solved the most pressing problems of the brand's fast-growing subscription business. Katya then joined Tomorrow Farms as its 5th hire, prelaunch of their first brand and product, Bored Cow. As the Director of Strategic Operations, Katya led the strategy, planning and implementation of the brand's direct-to-consumer customer experience function, developing all CX philosophies, operations, policies and practices. In addition to overseeing customer experience at Tomorrow Farms, Katya was also responsible for people & culture operations, internal communications, executive assistance for the Co-Founder/CEO, and management of the organization's systems and tools. Today, Katya supports Clare in reconstructing their direct-to-consumer customer experience strategy and expansion of their B2B Trade Program.
