About

I’m an ideator, synthesizer, dot connector, possibility seeker and force multiplier; a textured and layered human kaleidoscope. I thrive in a purpose driven environment focused on changing the status quo and building a new paradigm. My personal passion is community engagement through a global lens. As a volunteer teacher in the developing world in locations from Nepal to the Cook Islands, Tanzania to India, Morocco to Ghana, and more, I see first-hand how integral sustained and vertical investment and access to technology and education makes meaningful change.

My experience working with start-ups, founders, entrepreneurs and CEOs across a variety of technology and tech-enabled industries, hands-on work in media and content production, and strengths as both a visionary and integrator sets me up to bring aligned outcomes. I bring high CQ (curiosity quotient) and high EQ with the added value that lies in my personal passion for global and social impact at the intersection of technology, content and collaboration. My mission in life is to uncover under-utilized and under-realized resources; to leverage untapped potential. I always have my bag and passport ready for the next adventure. My COO and Strategic Chief of Staff highlights:

- COO for a go-go stage media company and Strategic Chief of Staff to CEO’s and Founders

- As a Fractional Chief of Staff, I currently serve as Strategic Advisor working directly with CEO and Founder to help craft and implement vision and strategy in three pre-seed start-ups in Ed-Tech, Media, Strategic Content and Social Enterprises.

- I serve both operationally and strategically; working on Macro-vision and Micro-implementation; Overall Project Manager and Strategic Advisor.

- My COO accountabilities included: managing all business unit operations on multiple locations while scaling and integrating culture fit as it relates to operations, vision, hiring and all business practices; iIdentifying and tracking KPI's while creating business best practices and SOP's in multi-platform industries.

I have the unique ability to view both the Macro and Micro concurrently while synthesizing information and processes to craft efficiencies and maximize outcomes. My fuel is working closely with CEO's and founders and Entrepreneurs in a dynamic, collaborative environment that focuses on creating frameworks; from workflows to technology, to drive outcomes and scale while removing barriers. I deliver the highest value as a human in an ecosystem that is ripe with possibility and creates the pathways to succeed and realize the possibilities.
